Institute of Building Consultants

The Institute of Building Consultants (IBC) is a resource of companies that can assist with building inspections and reports, strata inspections and reports, timber pest inspections and reports, pre-purchase inspections and reports, dilapidation surveys and litigation reports. Services are provided for solicitors, conveyancers, strata plan managers, property managers and direct to property purchasers and owners.

Our consultants meet at the North Ryde RSL Club, Pittwater Road, North Ryde. NSW at 5 PM on the first Tuesday of each month from February to October and the second Tuesday in November.
